HELP!!!! Why can't I connect my flippin' printer to my computer so it can print out internet pages, word files, flyers, etc? Why is it whenever I encounter a problem or issue with my Mac (yes I am a loud proud Mac user) I freeze and walk away? And God, enough already with that spinning color wheel that makes you "Force Quit" out of anything you are doing! Why do all my friends have to walk me through EVERYTHING I do when it comes to technology? Did I follow everything I was supposed to in the manual or user guide? Did I read it at all? Sometimes reading the manual doesn't make two cents' difference for me. However, I tell you, it pays to conquer your fears by TRYING. Some people just say, the heck with it. At least I go back and have at it again and again. It's not always pleasant, but that's how you learn. It helps you grow...and you can always get by with a little help from your friends...wherever they may be. They may be a phone call or a short drive away. They may be at the music store. WATCH somebody tackle the issue in action. You might be able to do it yourself later. You may find the information on the web...YouTube has plenty of instructional help for people like me and you. Also, when all else fails, DELEGATE! Someone might be able to do the job better than you. Let them. If it feels good for them to help you, no problem. There are plenty of computer geeks out there who absolutely live for this stuff...some may charge a small fee, but it's worth it. Next time's topic: getting organized.
